What exactly is natural wine?

Natural wine is made from grapes farmed organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced without additives or heavy filtration. Think of it as wine in its purest, most transparent form.

Do you ship to my state?

We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legal. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your specific location.

Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address or a local carrier pickup point if you aren't home during the day.

How are the wines packaged to prevent damage?

We use eco-friendly, reinforced pulp inserts and heavy-duty cardboard boxes designed to protect your bottles from both impact and extreme temperature fluctuations during transit.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

While natural wines can be unique, if you believe a bottle is flawed or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement or store credit for verified issues.

Can I cancel or skip my wine club subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your MYSA wine club membership at any time through your account dashboard with no hidden fees or penalties.
